Description: Japanese 20th century bamboo flower basket. The basket is made by Living National Treasure basket master, MAEDA CHIKUBOSAI II (1917 - 2003). He was designated Living National Treasure in 1992. The basket is done in very fine bamboo strips. The basket comes with TOMOBAKO or original artist signed wooden storage box. The basket measures 13 1/2" tall, 10 1/2" wide and 5 3/8" in depth. (dorunesu)
