Description: Japanese 20th century large vase by Japan Living National Treasure, Tokuda Yasokichi III (1933-2009), born Tokuda Masahiko in Komatsu, Japan. The vase is of simple oval form. Tokuda Yasokichi III became a Living National Treasure in 1997 and was recognized for work with Saiyu, glaze color gradation technique. Comes with TOMOBAKO, original artist signed wooden storage box. The vase measures 15" tall and is 13" in daimeter. (kunesu)
