Description: Japanese 21st century ceramic vase by MIYASHITA ZENJI (1939-2012). The multi-colored vase is made using the SAIDEI technique of layering thin layers of colored clay over each other. This piece was exhibited in Heisei 24, or 2012 at the Miyashita Zenji Personal Exhibition. This vase measures 14 1/2" tall, 5 1/2" wide and 3" deep. The vase comes with TOMOBAKO, or original artist signed wooden storage box.
