Description: Japanese Meiji Period pair of (duck) eggs with gold lacquer design of plants and birds. The eggs come with their own custom made wooden stands. One egg with stand measures 2 7/8" tall and 2" in diameter. The slightly larger egg measures 3 1/8" tall and 2 1/8" in diameter.
