Description: Japanese mid 20th century bronze peacock OKIMONO by metal artist KANO EIICHI (SEIUN II). KANO was born April 15, 1908 and died in 1990. The art deco peacock has a black lacquer wood stand. The peacock measures 15" wide, 5" deep and 11 5/8" tall. The wooden stand measures 28 1/4" wide, 18 1/2" deep and 7/8" tall. Comes with TOMOBAKO, or original wooden artist signed storage box.
