Description: Japanese 19th Century iron pot. The pot is of simple shape and design with a rough wood like outer surface. The handle has etched and inlaid bugs and plants. The lid has a finely etched and inlaid figure of a god. Inlays are in silver and gold. The pot measures 9 1/2" tall, 6" wide and 5" in diameter.
