Description: Japanese late 19th century KYOTO ware tea bowl. This bowl is delicately handpainted in overglaze enamels and gold in fine geometric and organic designs. The inside rim of the bowl is painted with flowers, plants and butterflies. The deep bowl measures 4 1/2" in diameter and is 2 7/8" tall.
